13 May The Best Communities Play Together!
We recently celebrated our Spring at the Stables Event.
A fantastic event by Free Rein Foundation again brought together families, friends, Equestrians, and our wonderful SoCal community in a day of learning, fun, and of course, play!
The Equestrian Community
came together to educate people about horse breeds, riding activities, horse terminology, and also to share in the silly games that people play while riding their horse! (Who knew you could carry an egg and ride a horse at the same time?)
Families
gathered from all across the area: LA and Orange Counties were well represented throughout the event. And we were thrilled that so many people came from so far to learn more about us.
We had large and small corporate sponsors
No event can be such a success without the support, sponsorship, donations, and booths from the local business community. Our community is stronger when we all work together to share the good things that are happening all around us.
And then, there were our incredible volunteers!
The real agents of change who come at dawn to set up, and then stay to the very end to make sure every single bleacher, table, and bale of hay is put back where it belongs.
Nothing says COMMUNITY like a day filled with passion, play, commitment, laughter, and support for the local businesses and non-profits that are working to make the world a better place.
Here is a glimpse of the incredible support and love that gathered at the Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center for the Free Rein Foundation
- If you would like to volunteer with Free Rein Foundation we are always looking for more community helping hands.
- If you would like to become a community sponsor with Free Rein Foundation we are always looking to partner with companies that want to change the world!
- If you would like to come and visit the Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center we are always ready to show you around, get you on a horse for a trail ride, or enjoy one of our many events.
Thank you to everyone who came to our Spring at the Stables Event and all who volunteered, sponsored and performed. This is our community and we are so grateful that are thinking about all of us!
Free Rein Foundation: Our Mission is to heal humans and rescued horses by creating a bond that empowers and nurtures both.
