Equine-Assisted Team Building Services:
Strengthening Relationships & Enhancing Communication & Leadership Skills

In the realm of corporate leadership, fostering trust among colleagues and cultivating effective communication and leadership skills are paramount to success. While traditional team-building exercises hold promise, they often falter in capturing the genuine engagement and enthusiasm of employees, particularly when conducted within the confines of the workplace, where existing interpersonal tensions may linger.

At Free Rein Foundation (FRF), we offer a transformative alternative that transcends the ordinary, delivering tangible benefits that resonate long after the session ends. Our Equine-Assisted Team Building Services provide a unique opportunity for your team to engage with horses in an enriching environment that fosters personal and professional growth. Each team member will depart with a smile, feeling more connected, confident, and empowered in their interactions with colleagues.

Our experiential approach allows participants to explore the intricate dynamics of communication, leadership, and teamwork through interactions with our gentle equine partners. By observing how their inner dialogue, behavioral patterns, and energetic expressions impact their interactions with the horses, participants gain invaluable insights into their own strengths and areas for growth. This newfound awareness empowers individuals to navigate interpersonal challenges with clarity and grace, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect within your organization.

Join us at FRF and embark on a journey of discovery, where the wisdom of horses serves as a catalyst for transformation and growth. Together, we’ll unlock the full potential of your team, igniting a ripple effect of positive change throughout your organization.

corporate program

At Free Rein Foundation, corporate volunteering is a transformative experience where teams join forces to enhance the equine sanctuary. Tasks include light construction and landscaping, followed by a catered lunch in the serene Urban Tree Forest. This not only improves the sanctuary but also fosters team bonding and a sense of community connection. The rewarding work leaves participants with lasting memories and a profound sense of fulfillment, making the experience truly exceptional. Free Rein Foundation can accommodate teams of 10 to 100 for a day of community service. Please reach out to learn more.
