  • Six Feet from People – Zero Feet from Horses
  • Family-Friendly Event
  • Tickets: $21 Adults, Kids 3-14 $11, Under 2 yrs old Free (All children must be accompanied by an adult)
  • **ALL PROCEEDS GO TO CARE & FEEDING OF RESCUED HORSES**

Meet The Horses: Tours into the pasture to meet, hug, and groom our rescued horses are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Our volunteers will be there guiding you through the introductions!
  • There will be a limited number of people in each group so that everyone can interact with our horses safely.

Where: The Huntington Central Park Equestrian:

Parking: 6956 Ellis Street, Huntington Beach, CA

What to Expect:Parking: Park your car off the Ellis St entrance parking lot.

  • You will be directed to walk up through the field, up to the Pastures.
  • The path is hilly and not easy for strollers.
  • Wear clothing and shoes for dusty pasture.

Registration: Check-In table is at the entrance.

MASKS are Required.

Strollers and Wheelchairs are difficult to bring up the trail–just be prepared! Questions  info@freereinfoundation.org.

Mustang Clinic with Mary Rose Anderson POSTPONED

Please join us for our Mustang Clinic with Mary Rose Anderson!

Mary Rose Anderson is a 2016 Colt Starting Challenge USA Champion for Norco, CA. She will be demonstrating how to build a solid foundation in preparation for one of our mustang’s first ride. Mary Rose Anderson has years of experience training horses of all breeds. We are so thankful to host a clinic with her expertise.

NATIONAL DAY OF THE HORSE – December 14, 2019

at the Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center

National Day of the Horse is observed annually  to celebrate the horse!

National Day of the Horse encourages people of the United States to be mindful of the contribution of horses to the economy, history and character of the United States.

The domesticated horse we know today, also known as Equus caballus was introduced into North America by Spanish explorers. Escaped horses eventually spread across the American Great Plains.
