Smoke came to us by way of a Bureau of Land Management round-up in Modoc County, California. He was born in captivity in 2019 to a mustang mare caught in the round-up while pregnant. Smoke has a playful and curious personality. He’s been known to tip wheelbarrows and run off with volunteers’ hats and jackets. Smoke loves his rides through the nearby Urban Forest and has excelled in his training. He especially loves jumping. Smoke is ready for adoption by some lucky forever family.
