Not long after Free Rein Foundation opened in 2014, Trailer was rescued from a New Mexico feed lot (the final stage prior to slaughter). This sweet-natured little mustang has become one of the faces of Free Rein Foundation. Now in his late-20s, Trailer has an excellent track record of being gentle and approachable when interacting with clients, visitors, students, and volunteers. We are grateful for his immense impact in our community equine-assisted teaching and wellness programs.
