Tucker lived to be more than 40 years old and was impossible not to love with his sweet, gentle, and easy-going personality. He touched countless lives as a lesson horse and later retired to the Free Rein pastures, where he became a cherished equine therapy horse.
One of our fondest volunteer memories of Tucker was during the Sunburst Youth Academy graduation celebration held in the Free Rein pastures. True to his calm and curious nature, Tucker happily walked beneath umbrellas and easy-ups, making his way from table to table to visit each graduate as if he knew he was part of their special day.
He peacefully passed away in April 2022, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, connection, and countless beautiful memories.
